It seamlessly integrates with the Big Agnes Gold Camp Tarp, and you can even ditch the tarp and just set up the Mesh Inner with the tarp's center pole when there isn't a stormy cloud in sight. Even with the Mesh Inner and Tarp combined, they're still lighter and more packable than your standard backpacking tent. Alpinists appreciate splitting the two when their packs are full of climbing gear. Since the Gold Camp Tarp doesn't come with a floor, the Mesh Inner's floor is much appreciated, and buying the Gold Camp Footprint adds even more durability so you can get the most out of your golden camp setup.
