Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days starting the day after you place an order. We do not ship on federal holidays or weekends.
My order says "processing" what does that mean?

Why is my coupon code not working?

If a valid, currently running coupon code is not working, it is typically because an item is already on sale, and the coupon cannot be applied in addition to the sale price. Otherwise, an item may be excluded from the coupon by certain brand or product restrictions. Does Campman offer free shipping?

We offer free economy shipping on domestic orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $7.95.

Why did my order ship in separate packages?

Campman stores its products in multiple warehouses. Although we attempt to consolidate shipping when possible, some orders are sent out in separate packages for faster delivery times.
Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to the email address associated with your order. Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not find your tracking number, log into your Campman account to view your order details, or simply contact us.
Does Campman ship internationally?

Due to high rates of lost or severely delayed packages, we are not shipping internationally at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy on new and used items. Items returned in new condition with tags and original manufacturer packaging are eligible for a refund or for store credit. Items returned used and undamaged are eligible for store credit or exchange.
How do I make a return?

Do you charge for return shipping?

We are happy to offer free return labels for exchanges for different sizes, colors, items, store credit, etc. For items being returned for a refund, we offer discounted return labels. If you would like us to provide you with a return label, please contact us.
Does Campman process warranty requests?

If you purchased a product from Campman that has a warranty-related issue, the fastest and easiest way to handle the warranty is to contact the manufacturer and go through their warranty process.
