Puddle Paths and Slick Sidewalks
SCARPA's Golden Gate series of versatile running shoes handle town and trail terrain, and the Men's Golden Gate ATR GTX is the only shoe in that collection with waterproof, breathable protection. It has the durable, reliable waterproof protection that you'd expect from GORE-TEX, and it's all the more breathable and lighter thanks to GORE-TEX's new Invisible Fit technology. You can also expect a better fit and greater flexibility than you would out of other waterproof running shoes. SCARPA laminated this stellar waterproof, breathable protection to an upper that combines breathable mesh, durable micro nubuck, and stable PU overlays for an incredible fit and feel. Underfoot, the PU insole provides a custom feel while the 2D EVA midsole maintains proper shock attenuation and cushioning for pavement, gravel roads, and groomed single trails. SCARPA's PRESA sole uses SuperGum rubber for solid grip and extra cushioning.
